Is it ok that I only got to see this because I misspelled box?
This is a great place. Good food. Good ambience.
When does the music start/end on Fridays?
I believe it starts at 8pm and ends at around 11 or 11:30pm

Music usually start at 8 pm.

Not at all. Stay and enjoy the ambiance

Yes.
what is the dress code for dinner
I think you can wear whatever you want, they're great and they would serve you regardless. But everyone else will be dressed up
Do I have to make a reservation beforehand?
Yes. I would also recommend using a ride sharing service, as the restaurant is off a small side street with no parking. Try the duck breast.
are you still selling the mark stock poster you used to sell? we picked one up a long time ago and through the years it has faded. would love to have another one.
Call bix and ask.them, they are very friendly and accommodating.

Absolutely amazing experience. We come here 3 or more times a year. Live music each night after 8pm and a singer during the weeknights. Amazing appetizers that can easily become a meal for two. Romantic and fun. Definitely a date night, special occasion, or just because kind of place. Gets busy, so definitely consider reservations. Walk in for the bar where you can order the full menu. A must experience iconic San Francisco eatery.

Great Place For A Romantic Evening! Brought My Girl Here. We Both Loved And Enjoyed The Atmosphere And Live Music! She Had The Lamb I Had The Halibut And Might I Ad They Were Both Delicious! Great Job Guys Keep Up The Good Work!!

This is my first time here and definitely not my last. This place has one of the most romantic dinner settings. They have a nice ambiance, clean and simple interior, and friendly and knowledgeable staff with great efficiency. I really enjoyed my stay there. Thank you to my friend for recommending this restaurant to me. This is perfect!

Great ambiance. Nice menu. Fabulous service. Next time we come as would make reservations later so we could enjoy the live music. Food was tasty but had to send my duck dish back because it arrived overcooked and warmish. They made It right the second time. So tasty. Lively fun ambiance.

Wow! So many incredible things to say about this restaurant. I absolutely loved the 1930s feel. The food is amazing - not a bad choice on the menu. The service was excellent and very friendly. Loved the live music which was very much in-line with the decor and vibe of the restaurant. Everyone should experience going to dinner here! I had the pork chop and it was delicious!
